Return and Exchange Conditions
Right of withdrawal: 14 days
You can return it within 14 days from the date you received it, without giving a reason. Reach us at 0216 611 16 66 or write to info@arssilim.com; we will provide the return code.
To be eligible for return
- The product must be unused.
- Its box, accessories, and any documents must be complete.
- The invoice must be sent with the product.
Non-returnable products
- Unpackaged chemicals. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot take back an opened impregnator, detergent, or polish.
- Consumables applied to the floor. Diamond tooling, pads, or resins that have touched the stone once are considered used.
- Custom production and custom-sized tooling. A segment produced for you cannot be sold to someone else.
These are not arbitrary restrictions, but exceptions listed in Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

When will your money be refunded
After the returned product reaches us and is checked, it is refunded within 14 days at the latest using the method you used for payment. The reflection of credit card refunds to your account may take a few days depending on your bank.
Exchange
If you bought the wrong size or wrong grit, we can exchange it if the product is unused. Do not send it without calling — let's talk on the phone first about which diamond tooling will work for your job, so the wrong product doesn't go out a second time.
Damaged delivery
If the cargo package is dented, torn, or wet, have the cargo officer file a report before you take delivery. We cannot hold the cargo company liable without a report; in this case, the responsibility for damage does not pass to us.
