Ordering and payment
Can I place an order without being a member?
Yes. Membership is not mandatory; you can proceed directly from the cart. If you become a member, your addresses will be saved and you can view your order history.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer/EFT and payment at the door. Credit card payment infrastructure is currently being set up; it will appear on the payment page once activated.
Why are prices in Euro/Dollar?
The cost of imported products is determined in foreign currency. The product price is kept in its original currency, and the TL equivalent is calculated using the current CBRT foreign exchange selling rate. When you place an order, the rate for that day is fixed; your total will not change even if the exchange rate fluctuates later.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, the prices shown include VAT. The amount excluding VAT is also written separately below the price.
Machines
Why can't I add the machine to the cart?
Floor grinders and milling machines are not shipped via standard courier; delivery and payment methods are determined through consultation. You can see the price on the product page and contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Which machine is suitable for my project?
Square footage, surface hardness, and delivery time are the deciding factors. Buying a 1,500 mm machine for a 200 m² job or attempting a 3,000 m² job with a 250 mm edge grinder is a waste of money. Call us, and let's choose together.
Are spare parts and service available?
Yes. We are the Turkey distributor for Xingyi machines; gearboxes, belts, and electronic parts are supplied from stock.
Diamond tooling and consumables
Which diamond tooling should I use?
The basic rule is inverse: soft-bond diamond tooling for hard concrete, hard-bond diamond tooling for soft concrete. The wrong choice will either wear out the diamond tooling prematurely or prevent it from cutting at all. Send a photo of your floor via WhatsApp, and we will take a look.
How many grits are required?
A typical concrete grinding process from coarse grinding to polishing requires 5–7 grits. Every skipped grit means the next one will fail to remove the previous scratches.
Delivery and returns
How long does shipping take?
Orders for consumables in stock confirmed by 15:00 are shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 1 business day within Istanbul and 2–4 business days for other provinces.
Can I return products?
Yes, within 14 days for unused products. Chemicals with opened packaging and consumables that have touched the floor cannot be returned. Details
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, for every order. For a corporate invoice, check the "I want a corporate invoice" box during checkout and enter your company and tax information.
