Article 1 — Parties

BUYER: The person/organization with the name, address, and contact information specified in the order form.
Article 2 — Subject
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER electronically from the zeminrehberi.com address, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3 — Contract product and payment
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, and payment method of the product are included in the order summary and order confirmation e-mail and are an integral part of this contract. Listed prices include VAT.
Exchange rate: The price of some products is determined in Euro or Dollar; the Turkish Lira equivalent is calculated based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey foreign exchange selling rate at the time of the order and is fixed in the order record. Exchange rate changes after the order do not affect the amount of the confirmed order.
Article 4 — Delivery
The product is sent by cargo to the address provided by the BUYER. The shipping fee belongs to the buyer as stated in the order summary and is paid to the cargo company upon delivery; if otherwise clearly stated in the order summary, that provision applies. The delivery time is at most 30 days from the confirmation of payment.
Products not sent by cargo: Floor grinders and similar heavy equipment are not sent by standard cargo due to their volume and weight. The sale and delivery of these products are made under conditions separately agreed upon between the parties, and orders for these products cannot be completed via the cart.
The BUYER is obliged to check the package during delivery. A damaged package should not be accepted, and a report must be filed with the cargo company. Responsibility cannot be accepted for damage reports without a record as the cargo company cannot be held liable.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal notification is made to info@arssilim.com or the number 0216 611 16 66.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with its box and all accessories, unused, and in a resalable condition. The return shipping cost belongs to the BUYER. The product price is refunded within 14 days following the arrival of the returned product to us.
Article 6 — Cases where the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products specially produced or personalized in line with the BUYER's requests (including custom-sized diamond tooling);
- Unpackaged chemical products — products not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene;
- Consumables (diamond tooling, pads, resins) that have been used, assembled, or applied to the floor.
Article 7 — Defective goods and warranty
In case the product is defective, the BUYER may exercise their optional rights under Law No. 6502. Machines and equipment are covered by the manufacturer's warranty; the warranty period and conditions are included in the document delivered with the product.
Article 8 — Dispute
In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above this limit.
Article 9 — Enforcement
By confirming the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this contract. The contract enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
