Delivery and Shipping
Shipping fee
For consumables, shipping is paid by the buyer; you pay the fee to the courier company upon delivery. Some products may have a fixed shipping fee or free shipping — which one applies is stated on the product page and in the order summary.
When is it shipped
- Bank Transfer/EFT: Preparation begins once the payment reaches our account.
- Cash on delivery: Preparation begins once the order is confirmed.
Consumables in stock are shipped on the same day for orders confirmed by 15:00 on weekdays. Orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
Delivery time
Depending on the courier company, it is usually 1 business day within Istanbul and 2–4 business days in other provinces. The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days.
Machines are not shipped via standard courier
Floor grinders, milling machines, and industrial dust extractors are not transported via standard courier due to their volume and weight. For these products, the delivery method (freight company, your own vehicle, or pickup) is determined by consulting with you. Therefore, machines cannot be purchased through the cart; please contact us via the phone or WhatsApp button on the product page.
Upon delivery
- Check the exterior of the package before signing.
- If there is any dent, tear, or moisture, have the courier officer prepare a damage report.
- Responsibility cannot be accepted for damaged products received without a report, as no recourse can be made to the courier company.

The courier company will call you before delivery. Please provide an accessible phone number when placing your order; for construction site deliveries, write the building/block information in the order note.
