During payment, your card information is not seen or stored by us. Card transactions are processed through the payment provider's own infrastructure.

- Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal storage obligations
- Providing information about the order and delivery
- Managing requests, complaints, and return processes
- Preventing fraud and ensuring transaction security
Legal basis
Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of establishment and performance of the contract (c), fulfillment of legal obligation (ç), and legitimate interest (f) in accordance with KVKK art. 5/2. Marketing communications are only made if you have given your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your data is transferred only as required by the service and to the following parties: cargo and logistics companies (for delivery), payment institutions and banks (for collection), financial advisor (legal obligation), hosting and infrastructure service providers. In case of international transfer, the conditions of KVKK art. 9 are complied with.
Storage period
Order and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by tax legislation. Membership data is kept until the membership is deleted. After the period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, request deletion or destruction, request restriction of processing, object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage.
