HTG 3Y Metal Diamond 3 Button - Very Soft Concrete is a metal-bonded diamond with 3 button (round) segments for grinding concrete floors.

HTG is the diamond brand for Xingyi floor grinders.

This version is for very soft concrete. Soft concrete is abrasive and consumes diamond segments quickly; this version is chosen to prevent the segment from wearing out prematurely on soft surfaces.

Grit options and usage stage

16 grit — initial opening: removing coatings, screed residues, and irregularities, surface leveling
30 grit — intermediate stage after coarse grinding; refines deep scratches
60 grit — intermediate stage; prepares the surface for resin diamond transition
120 grit — final stage of the metal diamond series; used before transitioning to resin diamond tools
