ASHINE 2 Bar Premium Series Diamond Tooling - Soft Concrete is a metal-bonded diamond tool with 2 bar (rectangular) segments for grinding concrete floors.

It is from the Ashine premium series.

This version is for soft concrete. Soft concrete is abrasive and consumes diamond segments quickly; this version is selected to prevent the segment from wearing out too quickly on soft surfaces.

Grit options and usage stage

16/20 grit — initial opening: removing coatings, screed residue, and imperfections, floor leveling
30/40 grit — intermediate stage after coarse grinding; refines deep scratches
60/70 grit — medium stage; prepares the surface for resin diamond transition
120/140 grit — final stage of the metal diamond series; used before transitioning to resin diamonds
