IVC-45L INDUSTRIAL DUST EXTRACTOR

HTG IVC-45L is a three-phase industrial dust extractor designed to be connected to concrete floor grinders and scarifiers. With its 5.5 kW motor and 600 m³/hour air flow, it collects dust generated by large machines without interruption.

Healthy working environment

HEPA H13 filter captures particles down to 0.2 microns. Crystalline silica dust released during concrete grinding causes permanent lung damage when inhaled; this class of filtration protects the operator and everyone in the same environment.

Built-in pre-separator

Coarse dust is captured in the pre-separator before reaching the HEPA filter. The filter clogs less frequently, suction power remains constant throughout the job, and filter replacement costs are reduced.

Adjustable suction

With variable speed control, suction power is adjusted according to the job. Full power for coarse grinding, lower suction for fine polishing — both energy and noise savings.

Transport and discharge

Thanks to its high adjustability, transport between construction sites is easy. The liftable barrel design and gas spring make it possible for one person to raise and lower the container by 30 cm. With the continuous drop dust bag system, discharge is done dust-free — you tie and remove the bag.
